Am I crazy? We're planning a road trip from our home in central Pennsylvania to Salt Lake City Utah to pick up my mother-in-law and bring her back here. (whole other story... lol) The trip will take 6 days, most of which will be spent in our 7seater van. My 6yr old son has ADHD. My youngest just turned 1... we're planning on taking them both. Many of my friends and family have told us, mostly verbatim, that we're crazy for attempting this. We're planning lots of stops at national parks, roadside attractions, and the like.. one of which is a dinosaur dig site just for my 6yr old. I plan on bringing lots of snacks and car activities to try to keep him entertained. I'm seeking wisdom from other parents on car activity ideas, etc... Any advice is greatly appreciated!
