I am intruiged by the B-Calm auditory sedation product mentioned in the last ADDitude email. Has anyone tried it?

I have a 12 year old diagnosed wtih ADHD. He is currently seeing a psych due to ADD related issues and has been diagnosed with an Adjustment Disorder with some anxiety. He has a lot of explosive behavior at home- screaming and melting down when I tell him he can't watch TV during the week or block the apps on his ipod. This year his grades have slipped and he has C's in two subjects and is being removed from honors math next year. He is taking Adderall (only 5 mg in the morning and 2.5 in the afternoon-- which I don't think is enough) and he has difficulty focusing for homework.

I also have a almost 10 year old that is not diagnosed but I am pretty sure has ADHD as well. It is very difficult to get him to sit down to do homework or stay seated during dinner or stop talking for 2 minutes!!
