Any Ideas?

Hi All,

I've been noticing a huge problem with every relationship I enter, i automatically become clinged to the person and constantly jump to conclusions. I never realize I've done this until it's to late. Any suggestions out there to help me?

ADD impulsive tendencies...

Being impulsive in relationships really is a big challenge. When I see what I like, I wanna go for it full-force. I suggest having a good friend hold you accountable. It's always worked best for me to tell my closest friend, for example, that I don't want to rush into another relationship, and she keeps on me about it. Open lines of communication with trusted friends can be the biggest fix for anything.

As a dating relationship grows, tell the person you're dating that you have ADD. Let them kind of walk through it with you. Be open and share your strengths/weaknesses together, and at that point just be honest and hold each other accountable.
