Does anyone here feel like they have handled ADD/ADHD or at least got some real control of it?

-Is it in your Child, Mate or in Yourself?

What was the problem, How did you get a handle on it? or what works for you? The more and more I learn about this the more I see what has been bothering me and what is in my Father that I have.

Any input is welcome
