Help

My son started 7th grade this year and it has been awful. His boundary school have not been the greatest to work with. He got so behind in school and overwhelmed that he shut down. Some of his teachers would email me and tell me he just sits in class and does nothing. We tried home and hospital before and a little after the Christmas break. Then he was going to go back to school for 3rd semester. He did for two days but complained of how mean the kids are to him and got migraines and bad anxiety about going back to school. He has been on long term home and hospital but that isn't working either, he won't do the work. My husband and I both work so he is home during the day. He doesn't have friends, he isolates himself most of the time. He has not interest in anything really but getting an Xbox or an airsoft gun but I won't buy them. He doesn't want to go to school. He hoards things like candy, garbage, toys, etc. and even hides stuff in his pillows. I am so confused on what to do. The school district did more testing yesterday so I am anxiously waiting those results back. He has been diagnosed him with Asperger's, ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety, Depression. He says he also has obsessive traits, social problems, somatic complaints, learning problems, social anxiety and school refusal. His psychologist is recommending residential(inpatient) treatment, what do I do?
