Tried everything now what

My son is 10 years old and has ADHD and Aspergers. SInce he was 3 1/2 we have tried ritalin, ritalin long lasting, focalin, concerta, tenex, risperdal, abilify, adderrall, straterra and vyvanse. We change the dose, add a dose, change the med go back to the med. We have side effects, tics, noises, loss of appetite, loss of weigh. He is extremely small for his age. He has trouble making friends and is teased often. He has impulse problems and has trouble being quiet. I am concerned about all the medication that we give him and see no results. He now has high cholestrol and Im concerned it is from all the meds. I'm ready to just give up and stop all meds and see what happens. We see his doctor this week and I know that she is going to suggest another med or combo when I saw the current one is not working. Am I wrong to want to stop and see what happens? Has anyone else had this problem?

SAD MOMMY

I feel the same way and my son is only 6,he hasnt tried all the meds that you all have but we have taken a few of them..we started vyvance last week and he has basically stopped eating and it has me so worried and sad. He,too,is veryy small for his age and he cant afford to loose any weight.I talked to his doctor and he wants me to try pediasure so I will do that this weekend.I am feeling so depressed right now because I dont know what to do to help my child.I wish you the best of care for your son,I sympathize with you because I feel your pain.GOOD LUCK to you and GOD BLESS!!!!!
