Recently diagnosed w add started on 5 mg of generic adderal gradually increased to 20mg was feeling good helping me focus at work for the first couple of weeks but on the 3rd week started feeling nausea 2nd day already wondering if its sign that I need less cause its the first time I experience any side effects I have also felt shacky. Any input appreciated.
