My 6 year old is being labeled at school and not sure what to do..

Last week, my husband and I were called into a meeting about my 6 year old son and another little girl (who are in kindergarten together). The little girl told her mom that my son had kissed her on the playground during one of the recesses and this is not the first time its happened. when my son was asked if he did it, he said no, that he was only pretending to kiss her so that she would chase him and they could play. now the other mom is making my child into some sort of pervert and the schools completely taking her side on this one. the school tells me " that if he touches her again 'other people' will have to be involved"! i have all of the meeting recorded! my son was diagnosed with ADHD and i've asked for an IEP. i'm at a loss. i've talked to his doctors and councelors and they don't understand it either since "its human nature to be curious at his age" (coming from the dr's). the other mother is making it out to where she's going to file papers for sexual harassment against him if he doesn't stay away from her. what am i to do? and what is the school able to do?
