my 10 year old daughter is currently taking 30mg of focalin xr and 4mg of intuniv in the am. her dose was just increased during christmas break of the focalin from 20mg to 30mg. now her doctor wants to up it to 40mg and i am not sure if i should. her grades at school have went down a lot here lately. i think it's a combination of not understanding her work and rushing through it. 40mg seems so high for her age. it's the highest doseage they make. she weighs 70#. need some feedback if i should increase it or leave her where she is at.
