Forgetting To Write Down Math Homework

Mama mia...this battle is getting long and weary for me and if anyone, anywhere would have the slightest suggestion--throw it my way!! My 13 yr. old gd for whatever reason in the world just either flat out refuses or conveniently forgets to get this Math homework copied down anywhere. Needless to say, we've tried the Planner..., I've tried getting another copybook and letting her design her own artwork all over the thing, at this point I don't care if she wrote it on her hand like all her other doodles, but get it down! I always catch it later online a day later, like always have her do it and get it handed in for "some" credit. But that credit in Math specifically will only raise the F to a D. Not much in the incentive department for doing it either way. At this this year we're not battling WW3 to get the work done, she also has a Math tutor who comes once a week which at this point not seeing too much of a difference regarding the grades but they're not working on the same lessons.

The biggest difference and help for her was a calculator. So at least the work does get done faster and most times she's allowed just the evens. I get the same responses..."I didn't see it on the board".."He didn't have anything listed on the board under Homework"..."He didn't assign anything"..."There was a sub in class today".."We had a Quiz so he didn't post any homework"... I'm at my wit's end, I've asked for help from her teacher I'll get it one or two times posted in an email then it stops. At the last conference I've pleaded for some suggestions and one teacher who does not give homework was suggesting things I've done already and told her it's NOT working. She then told me "I" was the problem the homework wasn't being copied response? "Try limiting the electronics and stopping her art work" and made a chuckle. That helps doesn't it???? Like she's never been punished with no computer, no tv, no game time???? I will NOT stop her art work.

So...anyone been here and is there anything else I can try?
