It is an expensive Multi-Vitamin wth EFAs
I remember when they were charging $50 for it.
Unless you want to avoid or have problems with specific ingredients in generic Multi's, Centrum, etc., there is little to no difference.
That was back when they had Gingko Biloba and EFAs were not popular.
If you want to avoid the by-products, I am willing to bet you could still go cheaper at a health specialty store and stay away from the too-good-to-be-true supplement industry claims.
EFA = Essential Fatty Acids.
