We have a 4yr very impulsive ADHD child. just diagnosed.

How do we know if this is ADHD,or something else like Aspergers? I refer to that-b/c of some of the odd inappropriate things my child will say, to people. He has also recently become very OCD about his privates or just the word. No matter what you tell him he will say it. I know now y-day I told him not to say it or talk about putting it on someone- that he says it now just to see what I will do. It seems to be when I tell me we arent playing outside now, we have to in first to go potty(so he isnt getting what he wants) then he will say it. I have ignored it today.
