help with schedule

I have the hardest time w/ the afternoon. My child is not interested in play- much. I try to provide fun learning activities as well as just play-with him- it is a struggle. We go to parks, playdoh, etc etc from 3-6pm is the hardest.I would love a sample routine from someone. dealing w/ a 4 yr old ADHD hyper/impulsive.

online educational games

You will be surprised at how much online games can help an ADHD stay focused and interested. If you look for educational games you can play with him he will love it. You can even help him learn a second language!

That's how I had my ADHD daughter learn English!

Best regards,

Ines
