Help needed

I need to find a way to help my partner helping herself in a complex situation. She has ADD, I am a survivor of incest and pedophilia, we have three young children, we live in isolation in Paris (France) with my partner's Italian parents. As you will know, my partner has the usual difficulties organising her work, and she has quite a lot to do! She is on a training as a graphist and has to learn all the necessary software programs to get on a training period in a company to validate her training...

I'd like to know from all ADD people what helps them from partners and friends living with them. Any idea ?...
