I have son that is 9 yrs old, the school he is attending this year claimed that they had experience in P.D.D./A.D.H.D., I had to get my attorney to fight this father to let our son go here b/c the other school the father would sneak him into was not able to handle our son. This year I have noticed the teacher's at this school complain about my son's behavior; all are the symptoms of my child's diagnosed disorder. The father speaks so horribly about not just me, but our son. Now the principal has had a nasty attitude. I was lied to by the staff at the school, ever since the 3rd week school started I have had calls and I made suggestions to help them. But they insist that my son is a problem child, when in fact he is NOT, I had my son test by the louisiana state phsycological neurological testing. That is when he was diagnosed. The dad won't keep him on his medication, even though the father was court ordered. He has a higher education than I and married. I am not here to make any one else happy other than myself, the good lord above and take care of my child. My son is terrified of his father, the guy spanks, squeezes his head and says horribily mean things to him. It doesn't make my child stop. It makes it worse. The dad knows & will admit there are medical problems with our child, but turns around and does the terrible things to our child that I already wrote above. I am going to continue fighting for my son, its difficult when you have jerks that listen to another jerk. Its easier for them to label my son bad then to extra time, patience & compassion with him. Its nerve racking and these people act like you shouldn't be upset at them or demanding for your child's rights. If anyone has been through any of this and can give some advice or positive boosting; gladly will accept. I'm so aggrivated at these people all around. I only have patience for certain people and they are not on my list!!!! Thanks!
