Experience with Attend the natural supplement for adhd or any alternative medicines please help???

Today has been one of the hardest days for me. I have a prescription for Ritalin in my purse which has actually been there for abt 2 months I refused to continue and take my medication becasue after taking it for several months I started to feel even more upset and my mood swings were getting worst. Add the fact that I am a 26 year old married women with a 4 year old daughter. I have a fulltime job which is in corporate america nad its very challenging I guess more for those who suffer adhd, i feel like there i sno hope I want to exercise but 90 percent of the time have no energy, my mood swings are bad and I never feel like I can accomplish any task that I have begun. I could sleep all day and do nothing else. I am looking for alternative medicine for adhd please share your experience with me I need to feel like there is some kind of hope out there for me.. I wanted to try Attend and Memorix which I found on the web if anyone has tried them please let know.

I haven't tried Attend

I did however start taking a multi-vitamin that has B-12 in it and that helped with my mood considerably.

Attend

Haven't tried it but there are other posts about it on this site. Weekly therapy is currently the only thing I have, but I feel like you described everyday. I have energy, but it's nervous energy, not the kind that actually inspires me to get up and exercise or anything else (clean, walk, play with my 2 year old daughter, etc.) I feel like a failure, but now know it's not just depression. Talking to someone (therapist, husband, aunt) helps but I'm waiting for testing so I ca start meds and treatment. I've heard some really good things about Stratera,it's a non-stimulant i want to try first.
