I def feel ur pain!!!

LOL, man u r a complete mess!!! Hey, u r not alone. That is exactly how I have been feeling for the last few months as well. I also have my own business and on top of it I have employees that relay on me and my decisions. I have made many careless mistakes lately and I do not take many things seriously. I got a crack out of the FREWARE, I was like two weeks in the row last month. That was funny. I come to realize that we are amazing people that besides our dificulties we can def take the world in the minute we focus. Don't know what 2 tell u we r in the same place. I don't want to take meds; I hope to find natural supplements and stablish a routine. I know IT'S EASIER SAID THAN DONE. I have been telling myself that for the last month and I still can't get to it. However, I do take baby steps and small goals at the time which will give me inmediate satisfaction. We need to get rid of the frustration and be greatful 4 our achivements one day at the time. AA kinda. lol

The perfect solution

First thing, calm down. Seriously, go excerise, go to the park, meditate, something; on the daily. While you are lowering your blood pressure reflect on this: Practice makes perfect. How will you know if a tool is perfect for you if you don't try it? How will you know if a tool is working for you if you don't persist with it? Perfection is an illusion, but only practice can teach you that. So just pick something. If you don't like it, then try something else.
