Wife of ADHD

I'm in VA - southeast part and have had no luck finding any good treatment programs / psychotherapists / ANYONE in this area who understands the complexity of adult ADHD and the havoc it can wreak on spouse / children / life / career. The closest solid program seems to be Johns Hopkins - 4 hours away. But at least they know what adult adhd is. I've been married to this man for 22 plus years. Our children are pretty much out of the house. I am tired of making excuses for someone who won't take any responsibility for seeking help or learning how to function in a world not made for an ADHD brain.

maybe this will help

I know some doctors can see you in person in the beginning and then see you through a video feed. This would probably need to be done in a doctors office.
