Looking For An All Natural Liquid Supplement or Capsule for Adult ADD

Hello,

Has anyone been using any Natural Liquid Supplements for Adult ADD With any success? Or a capsule for Adult ADD? If so please let me know how it is working & how long you have been taking it.. Also if any music, brain games, entrainment have been working for you? Or anything else?

ADD Suplement

Have you tried adding Fish Oil [capsules] to your daily vitamins? I have heard it works wonders so I tried it for a couple weeks and it seemed to help me [in addition to my daily Adderall].
