I am assuming that since you posted here your son has adhd, the question that I have though is have you talked to a doctor about his anger if he is taking medication and he is still having anger issues. Is he having anger issues when his medicine is effective or is his medication wearing off and its making him irritable. If so it might be a dosage problem or a sign to try a different medication. If thats not effective than have your doctor give a test for Bipolar Type 2. As far as taking stimulants with mood stabilizers that is something that you need to have a doctor or even better a psychologist figure out. The reason being is that when you mix lets say adderall and risperidone it can be dangerous. Apparently it can cause sudden death. Don't try to treat this with extra meds you have laying in your house lol
