my daughter was diagnosed wih ADD NOS. stating that she has add that generally doesn't fit any specific category. My husband and I have been dealing with the same situation over and over since my daughters diagnosis. She absolutely refuses to ask for help when she is struggling with school. She has tutors, counselors and sympathetic teachers who adores her but she refuses to take advantage of all the support that has been put in place to help her. Her primary struggle has always been English class because she has trouble interpreting the main idea when reading. Her reading ability is good, her reading comprehension is fair. We have spent so much time with tutor and techniques to help with this difficulty.

We have this recurrent problem in English class where she plagerizes all her papers from online resources. She has been caught each time. She wil deny that she did it despite the evidence being presented to her. She has been told the consequences of being expelled from school and continues to do it. I think the high- school gives her several chances because she is overall a good kid. She has payed the consequence of being expelled from a previous school because of this and she knows she will not be able to stay in college if she continues to do this.

This recurrent behavior problem has not improved despite therapy sessions with 4 counselors over three years. She has been accepted to college, but I am not going to let her go because of this problem. My husband and I don't know what to do. Please help.
