Yes, I have read the book and talked to the closest center for us (Southern CA as we are in OREGON). The book reads fairly well. Of course, I found myself knodding the entire time I read it. But once you get to the part about testing and the things you need to do, to do this at home...well, I felt overwhelmed. My plate is so full already and I am exhausted sooo- that starting this felt so much like a huge mountain looking down on me. I felt guilty for not doing it right away, especially if it had any positive effects. I have spoken to the Center and she informed me that they can do the testing and then once you have the results, you can do it at home. But I still think/feel it is too much for me at this time. If a center came open here...I think I would do it in a heartbeat. Best of luck. -shannon
