Hi. I am a 23 year old college student working on my BA in Psychology. I am doing my graduation project on adults with ADD and ADHD because I too am ADD. I designed my project by looking at blog but am having a lot of trouble finding the information I am looking for. If you could help me and just let me know the following information about yourself it would be greatly appreciated.

Gender Age of diagnosis Any medications tried or currently being used. Any types of therapy, psychiatrist, individual, group, or family. ADD or ADHD Coach Attention training Also anything else that you have tried or found helpful such as diet, excercise, routine, organization, etc.

If you could just let me know what worked and didn't it would be greatly appreciated.
