Heyhey! I'm 28 years old, currently taking Concerta 54 mg daily and considering switching to Adderall XR because the Concerta doesn't help as much as it used to. I'm feeling daytime fatigue and I don't have the sense of empowerment I used to when I first started it. After considerable forum research, I'm thinking of making the switch over to Adderall XR, but was wondering if 30 or 40 mg dosage would be better? I know my psych will have his answer, but I'd like to see if anybody has had a similar switch. Additionally, any comments or shared experiences on this type of switch are definitely welcome!
