not qualified for iep and 504 needs parental insistance

My child again does not qualify for an iep has a 504 that is inconsistant at being enforced. Many non mandated services go into 504. Looking for a list of 504 accommoditations that I can look thru. Does anyone know of a web site that would help in this manner?

IEP/504

What grade is your son/daughter in? The type of accomodations out there really differ based on grade level. Also there are a lot of great resources on this website that will help you as well. Also, feel free to suggest any of your own and talk with the teachers to set up a weekly/daily update on he/she is doing in each class.

The main reason that a student who has a 504 plan would qualify for an IEP is if/when his AD(H)D is negatively impacting his ability inside the classroom. If your child is getting good grades and performing well inside the classroom then an IEP isn't considered. I can give you more info if you tell me a little more about your child.
