Diet works?

Hello everyone! I'm a mom of a 4 year old that has been diagnosticated with ADHD , at first i was in a completly shock , i guess never is good to know that your child now has "a title" ..... but then after the quick shock i try to do what we (moms) do best ...try to fix and help. I have to say that i absolutly say NO to the medication , strong feelings about it made me take that decicion. I did all the researches that i possible could to find a Natural treatment. Now he is in a GLUTEN FREE- CASEIN FREE, SUGAR FREE(even substitutes) , LACTOSE FREE and HIGH IN PROTEIN DIET, also mulitvitamins , omega 3,6, 9 with DHA ...plus a homeophatic formula that i brought online for ADHD. I have to say that only has been 7 days today that i started this journery and he does look making impruvments , even his teacher yesterday asked me is he had started some kind of medicine. I was wondering if is anyone there that had try this? ... and how had/has been doing with it?. ANY HELP? P.S: Just remember .... as we try to coupe with them they try the same with us ;)
