I am looking for feedback about Tenex also. My 13 year old son has been off his Concerta for 2 months now because he was getting so mean and the meltdowns were getting more frequent and severe. He was also starting to stammer - took 4 tries to say a sentence. He has been back to his normal self, nice loving kid, and the stammer is completely gone but as the doctor predicted the ADD (no hyperactivity) is starting to cause problems again. We are going to try Tenex now but I am apprehensive. I am also looking for information from parents of boys with ADD but no hyperactivity. It seems like everything is about boys that are hyperactive and that doesn't apply to my kid at all.

Hi there, While my son does have ADHD, I still felt I should share our experience with Tenex. It is slow to see results from and once he was at "the right dose" it made him fall asleep well before dinner time. While I liked the way life seem to come back into his eyes, he was too sleepy and begged me to stop taking it. I really hoped it would work, but it was just too much for us. I think it is worth trying, it is better than a stimulant. Good Luck!
