Looking for help getting my daughter her Concerta

My daughter is 19 and in college, unfortnately she is no longer covered by state medicaid. I am disabled and we do not have private insurance. I do not know where to turn to help her keep on her medicine, her doctor, therapist and I all agree it will be detrimental if now she goes off her meds in college. She has been on concerta since it has come out. And my daughter does not want to switch to say adderrall etc due to she does not want her friends or others to ask her for her meds or steal them which I am very proud of her. But does anyone know what I can do to help her, its her future we are talking about.

free concerta for a year

Hello, some time ago I needed help with getting concerta because my insurance company did not cover it. You can check the concerta website www.concerta.net. I looked but the site seems to be down. so just call them. They have a program which offers 1 year of free concerta (18mg) if you are eligible. they want the tax returns etc to prove it. At that time I was not eligible so I did not get it, but you can try and see if the program still exists and if your daughter is eligible. Good luck.
