Announcing launch of FREE Online 52 Week ADD/ADHD Parenting/Coaching Program

My friend/coach just launched a blog where she will be giving away for free her 52 week ADD/ADHD coaching program. You go each week and read the tip/suggestion for the week, and follow the suggested activities, etc. It covers a lot of different things throughout the year, from nutrition and exercise to organiztion, study skills, bedtime troubles, and stuff. She is also an author of books like The McGraw-Hill Homeschooling Companion, and also an integrative nutritional health counselor. She has done remarkable things for my daughter and I (for free....she says that is her goal, to help 100 people handle their issues with ADD/ADHD...and if more get helped, then better, she has made it her commitment, and she hopes that in turn, those 100 people will each help someone else, and so on). Anyhow, I think the blog is going to be cool. She's new at it, and not very technologically advanced, so it is kind of plain looking, but it gets the idea across. Plus, she is intending to answer/comments/questions, etc, which is cool, because she will be giving her time to people who really need it. It will be a great way to be in touch with someone who knows a lot of stuff about working with ADD/ADHD, and with parenting skills in general, too. Anyhoo, check it out if you want: www.LetsGetFitToFocus.com/about. Again, this is week one on there, so if you go now, you can follow along right with her, for the whole year. And it is free. In fact, right now there aren't even ads on the site or antyhing.

Cheers! Kayleigh

Finding your way to the free program

Hi! Sorry if I wasn't clear. When you go to www.LetsGetFitToFocus.com/about, you then look to the right menu bar. Under "recent posts" you can select ''week one''. Otherwise, just go to www.LetsGetFitToFocus.com which is the main page. For this week week one will be the first selection. In the future, week two will be, and then so on.

Good luck, enjoy the program!

ADHD/ODD

Hi, I am wondering if that site will work with a child who has both of these disorders? Have bookmarked it and going to read more. Thank you
