Tenex

Has anyone had any success w/Tenex used for their ADHD child? I haven't had much luck w/medication for my child who has ADHD & LD but Tenex is the only med that has calmed him and made him a bit more focused & less fidgety. I found out my son had ADHD & LD when he was in 3rd grade. It wasn't until a year ago when he was in 6th grade that I found TENEX. He's now in 7th grade.

I have my 8 years old on Tenex for the past 4 months and it has helped her on getting calmer but she is not concentrating in school. So my dr wants to add concerta as well as tenex I am not sure if anyone has any experience wiht bothe these medicene at once for adhd and odd.

my daughter takes tenex for agression and impulsivity and focolin for the inattentiveness - together it's bene a good combo. We just switched from tenex to intuniv because she doesnt' sleep well and is a monster in the mornings, so am hoping the 24 hour coverage of intuniv (it's a long acting tenex) will work.

My son is now on Tenex and Adderall XR 5mg. This combo seems to really work for him!! Finally!! Our doctor also suggested switching to Intuniv for the 24 hour coverage. Problem is my insurance doesn't cover Intuniv yet. The Tenex seems to work so for now, we'll stick w/that.

Ask about Tenex

My sister takes tenex for aggression and impulsive per suggested by her physician, both rare giving her positine results. Problem is , she doesn't' sleep well so some one suggest me proper treatment.
