Energy Boosters
Hi All,
I've come across 2 excellent energy boosters recently; Acetyl L-Carnitine(500mg) and Pantothenic acid(100-250mg)also known as vitamin B5. I've started taking the combo first thing in the morning with water a half hour before eating and the energy and mental clarity lasts for hours. Avoid taking these anytime after noon as they could cause insomnia. Excellent mood boosters as well. If you're looking for a reasonable place to buy vitamins I buy all mine from Swansons.com.
