My son is almost 7 and keeps taking off. He eithers runs off or he will take off on a bike. He ran away from school and went home and got his bike and made it 2.5miles from the house to the highway the time before last about 3 weeks ago. The bike was suspended. Just today at my moms house 200 miles away he did it again. he only made it .4 of a mile from her house but on a country highway. What do I do. I have alarms on my house, but he runs at school, daycare, church, family members and at the store and doctor appointments. He was admitted to the hospital but they said they didn't know. What is wrong with my son and what can I do to stop this? Has anyone else ever had to deal with this behavior. He is ADHD and is on meds for it.
