Looking for Assitance with Adderall Prices

Hello all, I am a 26 yo unemployed, uninsured person looking for assistance with med prices. I have tried all the PAP suggestions on the site but none cover adderall. I was fortunate enough to find a program with a local hospital for the doctor visits, but it does not include drug coverage. I am a client of VR services, but because of the time required to get approval from the higher ups for the payment of the medication (4+days!) that it is not a viable option for VR to assist me because the script becomes void after 3 days. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Erik

Affording ADHD Medication

One solution might be to try a different ADHD medication that is covered by the patient assistance programs. Have you tried explain your financial situation to your doctor? She may be able to suggest a more affordable treatment alternative.

I hope this helps, Dena

Help paying for Adderall

Hi I just happen to stumble across your post. My husband is a Pharmacist and recommends this anytime you cannot afford your medication with or without insurance. If you call the manufacturing compay that makes the drug and ask them for any help they have or program they provide they can usually get you some help. For Adderall it is TEVAUSA and you can call them 888 TEVA USA (838-2872) and ask if they can help you. Just google the drug name and you can find out who makes it and how to contact them. Hope that helps you out. I know it has helped my family many times. My dad takes Humera for his RA and the manufacturing company paid for 6 months free and then for the next 6 months i belive it was like 30/month which was substancially cheaper than his insurance. Good Luck.

Kristi
