Coaching

I live in a rural area, about 3 hours from any large cities that might have an ADHD coach available. There are small cities/towns that could probably maintain someone as an ADHD coach. I'm seriously thinking about this venture. Would anyone know how to get training?

I had an ADHD coach come to help me with my office. She charged $125 an hour, even for travel time. I was lucky enough to have extra resources but I spent $4,500 overall. (I was desperate to see what she had to offer and it wasn't my money.) I think there are people in my area who would pay a reasonable fee for that service, with their own money.

Thoughts?

Online training...

Google ADD Coaching Academy and it'll take you to a website that offers ADD Coaching training and certification through teleclasses. There's a free informational session occassionaly that tells you about it. I'm thinking of doing the same thinge since there are no coaches where I live. The info session made it sound pretty good, but the training is expensive. They do offer payment plans or you can just pay for the sessions you want.
