Stopping ADD Medications? When? My son has been taking Strattera since he turned 6 he is now turning 12, he has attention deficit with no hyper activity. We have changed dosages over the years and he has been on the same dosage for 3 years... My question is how do you know if a child still needs the medication? How do you really evaluate symptoms when they are masked by medication? Quote
