hi there. i am new to additude.

as i live in manhattan, i would like to know of any highly recommended professionals who would:

1) take the time/care to listen to me 2) help me cope with my ADD/ADHD in adulthood (as i am 30).

would love to hear from this community, as i am trying to take the first step by reaching out.
