Lifestyle Change
Stress is a killer! I have been there. I was having terrible digestion problems, sleep issues, just felt bad and rundown all the time. I was only in my 20s it wasn't right. Doctors were useless - they could do nothing to help. They prescribed a few pills that just made me feel worse. I required a total lifestyle change, diet, stress management, regular exercise. I found a doctor that practiced naturopathic medicine and holistic healing -- a professional who treated my whole body and took my lifestyle into account. She did wonders for me. She spend hours with me, listening to my complaints and making practical suggestions, she didn't just give me a pill. I had to change my diet and learn how to stress less. I feel so much better. I never get sick anymore. I sleep so well. Healthy eating has made a huge difference in my life. It takes work to take good care of yourself. But it is soooo worth it.
