Just say "No" to Shopping

I haven't been able to say "No" to shopping in decades. It is a form of therapy for me. When I was single I got myself into so much debt I had to go bankrupt. No that I am married, I just can't keep this up. I am back in debt, but now with a husband and his finances to consider, I need help and advise of how to get this under control.

If I see a the word "SALE" it is like a trigger that sends a message it's time for me to shop! I shop when I'm happy, and when I sad or when I am depressed. It is just so impulsive.

Thanks
