Job Experence vs. Social Experence

I have to make a decision that will result in negative consequences either way. The choice I have to make is whether or not I should continue working at Disney doing the menial work that I am doing now. If I go I possibly open up new opportunity's in to gain work experience in an area closer to my degree. If I go I also lose an opportunity to practice my social skills. I have to play serious catchup because of my learning disability and I feel that I have made so much progress this summer that I don't want to stop now. If I stay I'll most likely be stuck doing menial labor till January, but I'll have the opportunity of a lifetime to immerse myself in social interaction.

Disney has housing complexes for people 18 to 30ish that want the experience of living away from home, but still being in a community. I work in quick food service filling orders and working as a cashier, and I have a college degree!
