Worth the investment

I balked at the price tag at first, but I was having such a hard time at work that I was desperate enough to fork over the money. It is probably the most helpful gadget I own, and I'm sure it's saved my job. I used the training mode only for the first few months, so I could get used to the idea of responding to it, and now I use specific reminders throughout the day and night. It is also an effective alarm clock when I need to get up earlier than my husband, but don't want to disturb him.

Changing the battery looks intimidating when reading the instructions, but once you actually do it the first time, it's no big deal at all. The band is not bothersome, but it would be nice if it was a little softer, or had a little cushioning.
