Well it's offical , Jeremy & I signed the final papers to our trailor , as a matter of fact Jeremy & I decided to stay in the current trailor park that we are in now , we have already picke out our lot , we've paid for the sewer to be inspected , after that is done we will have to get a building permit before clayton Homes can bring our trailor out to the lot we have picked and set it up . Once the Building permit is done , then clayton homes can bring out trailor out to where we are @ , they will then begin the process of setting up our trailor , leveling it , builing to the two decks on to our trailor ect ect . Jeremy & I are so excited !!!! we are soo happy that we have finally reached our goal after 5 yrs of saving up money and now being able to buy a place of our own . We have been living in Jeremy's brother's trailor and let me tell you , it's been rough , we have learned that its just not best to rent from a family member , Jeremy & I can't wait to get out of here and be in our own place , decorating settling down , getting a little dog and hopefully a little boy or little girl of our own , since our trailor is a 3 bed/ 2 bath we have more than enough room .
