I think you need to calm yourself down, this is normal because this is the first time you used this medicine so your body is trying to adopt from the changes.

I can only speak for myself. I was on adderall 10mgs twice a day for 2 years. The meds worked great until the last 3 months. I had insomnia and just didn't feel right. My NP took me off and in addition told me that you need to take a break from adderall every couple of months. That being said, I slept for an entire week.
