Legal Rights in Private HighSchool

Hello, I attend a Private High School and have been diagnosed with A.D.D. and Dyscalculia (Math Learning Disability). I applied for Advanced Placement (AP) Psychology and was accepted because of my reading scores and having already taken Psychology 1. The school informed me that they did not give extended time for Advanced Placement classes. They also informed me that this was the school's policy and not College Board's (head of Advanced placement courses) rule. I have a feeling that considering my past experiences with this school that this policy was put in place for the teacher's convenience. My question is does this go against my legal rights? If so, can anyone send me a link to anything that would explain? Thank you!
