Well Jeremy & I got approved for an $8000.00 loan on a $79000.00 Land home Package . Jeremy & I know that we aren't getting any younger , he's due to turn 30 in Sept & I just turned 28 in January , we also aware that my momma isn't going to live for ever & neither is Jeremy's mom & step dad going to live for ever , so when both of our mother's are gone we are on our own. Jeremy & I know that we tired of renting and throwing away money , we've rented for 5 yrs now and have already thrown away so much money , how ever we know that if keep renting and paying lot rent that where we go and what ever trailor park we live in , the lot rent isgoing to keep going up . I told Jeremy that we really need to seriously think about this land home package & to realize that if decide to this, that once we've signed those papers , we are locked in and there's no going back , I told him that he has to realize that it will take us 12-13 yrs to pay off the 3 bed/ 2 bath home as well as the property , so we won't own it until w are in our 40's . On top of all of this I'm due to have a Dr's appointment tomorrow with a Physch so I can get started on getting my Physch eval done for court , on top of that I am due back in court on the 25th , which just so happends to be the day before William's 8th birthday , so I'm a little nervious about that . Then finally on top of an already full plate , I got a call today from my mom , telling me that she had gotten a call from my aunt informing her that my grand mother is getting closer to meeting Jesus . Jeremy was @ work when this conversation took place , I got in touch with him quite quickly & told him that as soon as he gets off work , we need to make a trip out to see my grand mother . By 8pm this evening Jeremy picked my mom up,and then picked me up @ the house , we all then went out to the nursing home which is only 10 minutes from where my aunt lives . My grand mother god bless her heart , is @ the stage where she can't swallow , her breathing is very labored , my aunt called my mom , when my grand mother's blood pressure got extremely low . All my mom & I can do @ this pont is to hold her hand & whisper in her ear how much we love her and tell her that we are there . As of right now @ this very moment it's up to Jesus on weather or not she stays . Jeremy & I @ that very,moment agreeed that if our first child is a daughter , we would use my grand mother's middle name in honor of my Memaw Cassida .
