IEP

Can your child be failed, if their under an IEP? I was told they couldn't when my daughter was in elementary.

Failing with IEP

Yes, they can be marked as failing. The IEP would need to be revised to look at why he/she is failing and implement additional support, interventions and or strategies. If the school doesn't request an IEP review, you can in writing.
