Natural alternatives

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'd like to know what's in the supplement he's talking about. I'd love to hear from anyone whose tried a "natural" alternative to drugs.

I've tried ADD-care and love it!

Having a long history of uncontrolled chronic hypertension and taking Adderall, I was concerned. Given that Adderall (althought worked well) has a stimulant, I often would have a hard time taking it regularly (especially the second dose). This stimulant, I think, is the cause of both sleeping problems as well and negative consequences to my overall health including my high blood pressure.

I finally decided that the risk to benefits was not worth it and stopped taking the Adderall. Although I did experience more difficulties in my function level and ability to concentrate, I couldn't justify the risks. Being off Adderall for several months then trying ADD-care, WOW! I was happy to find out this works just as good as Adderall and without the stimulant.

I have found that 1 supplement was not enough. I did increase my dose to 2 capsules, 2 times a day in order to maintain the healthy focused balance. I have found that after about 5 hours it begins to ware off and after 6-7 hours I am back to balancing 6 tasks with my supermom cape tattering a little more. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a healthier alternative as an ADD supplement, to try ADD-care. This natural alternative is great and alleviates the nasty side effects that other prescription medications may carry with them.

ADD-care

ADD-care consists of GABA and L-tyrosine, and a homeopathic proprietary blend that is in patent pending.

Amphetarestore

You can try amphetarestore, it's a natural supplement which detoxifies the body and lowers drug dependency. It worked for me.

Amphetarestore...

I'm also planning to buy ampheta restore, this might help me in my caffeine problem. I have friends who tried them and they have seen significant improvement in their body. I will post on how it goes...

Nine year old tried it

I ordered ADD -Care SR over the summer for my 9 yo ADHD son. He had been taking 20 mg Metadate CD which seemed to work great for him during the school year; however, at home without the structure, etc he was feeling "bored", acting moody and irritable. He didn't want to take the Metadate over break. We tried ADDCare (1 capsule in the a.m.) about two weeks before school started and then for the first week of school. I got a call from the teacher after about day 5...his inattention and chattiness were sending up red flags for her. Besides that he was behaving very impulsively and doing some dangerous (climbing) stuff. I admitted we'd switched his meds and advised we would go back to our old scrip. She said the difference has been like night and day. He's more focused and does not stand out as a behavior problem. Soo...ADDCare did not cut it for us, unfortunately.
