I can tell by reading your original post that you're overwhelmed with frustration at yourself and that you love your daughter very much. That love is the most important thing - don't overlook how important that is! I'm sure your daughter understand that you are doing your best, even if she's more likely to show her annoyance than her appreciation (she is a preteen, after all).

I believe I may have ADD, however I have not been diagonsed by a doctor.
