Question About Vyvanse

I am currently taking Vyvanse 70mg. i have been taking this medication for about 4 months and it is the first medication that i have taken for my ADD. i am wondering if this medication has made anyone else feel more hungry? I am wondering what medication might work for me that might suppress my appetite a little more. I can't afford to gain any weight.

Appetite Suppression

Hi Sugarbell:

My short answer is that, if Vyvanse is working on your ADD symptoms, I wouldn't mess with it. Many stimulant medications to suppress appetite, particularly in children taking the ADHD meds, but all medications impact people differently - there are no guarantees!

Vyvanse question

Wow, I've had the complete opposite effect. I've been on the 70 mg dose since December and have had no appetite whatsoever. I've dropped 15 lbs and have had to set up reminders to eat! I've also had dry mouth issues.
