Not sure if it's against forum rules, but hopefully I can recommend a book worth reading. It's called "ADHD Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children and Adults" by Paul H. Wender, M.D. This book was ordered through our local bookshop, but should also be available from Amazon. His style is easy to read, and is a very comprehensive resource regarding all facets of ADHD. This site has loads of valuable info, and members willing to share their experiences.
