Well today I was thrown a curve ball , when I recieved a notice in the mail from the Juvenile Court Divison , stating that a petition had been filed recomending me to have my parental rights terminated and that a first apperence hearing had been set for the 27th of this month at 9am . So there for tomorrow I'm definately going to have to call my two lawyers, as well as my case worker and William's Guardian at Litem to find out what on earth is going on . I'll be honest this has me in total shock , because I really thaught that everyone involved in this case was on the same page that I am as far Open Adoption , but apparentaly we're not . Now I did recieve the results of my disability review from the Disability Determination Services , but since it came as certified mail , i'm not going to be able to get out to the local post office until about Wednesday , due to the snow storm we are having right now, the snow has just been pouring all night, the local news stated the all the roads & interstates are bad & that more snow is on it's way , so it looks like Jeremy & I are going to be snowed in tomorrow . Oh I so pray that the results from my disability review are good , so I can breath a little and put my energy into this whole termination of rights and the whole mess with William .
